What is the whole concept of Gynecomastia 360? So this something about that we are doing surgeries for a long time. Over these years we are doing Gynecomastia surgeries and We also get many more patients who have done surgery from outside. We have prepared a new concept of Gynecomastia 360 ​​based on the deficiency which is seen in those people. Every doctor must understand, what are the things that come with the basic concept of Gynecomastia. You all know that we invent a new classification that is going to publish very soon. There was no discussion about chests in the old classification of Gynecomastia. Complete focus on breast in Gynecomastia. That was an incomplete classification and there was no discussion about the puffy nipples. They don't even discuss axillary tails, tires, suturing and pressure garment concepts. So I notice that doctors are not doing skin lifts on patients who have sagging skin. They left it to think that skin will contract itself. I also used to believe the concept that skin will contract itself. But as we went on following the patient, we saw that all these things do not happen. 5 years ago I released the concept of skin lift. The first video of the skin lift on YouTube is ours. I was the one who introduced the skin lift concepts on social media. Then we realized that if we see the chest as a whole, there is a fat, gland and axillary tails. If we did not tackle the axillary tails and tires then it will look bad. If we don't do Vaser, then there is no skin contraction.So there can be scars in the stitches and If we don't do a little preservation to the gland then depression can happen. So to mix all these concepts we made Gynecomastia 360 concepts. Every patient should identify and decide to tackle these 7 to 8 things before surgery. Then identify whether the doctor has tackled all those things or not. We know that don't miss any step and we tackled a complete chest in the Gynecomastia from the front and back of both sides. And try to give a more natural chest shape. So this is the concept of Gynecomastia 360. This concept will give you a complete better shape. I didn't mention anywhere in this concept Micro air, power-assisted liposuction, J plasma or body tite. Because I believe that we don't need micro air, body tite, J plasma, etc for Gynecomastia's successful treatment. The Vaser creates more temperature is higher than J plasma and body tite. Vaser is above in performance. Then why do we create an unnecessary marketing gimic and increase your cost? Power-assisted liposuction and micro air role are not important because the purpose of these is not to improve the result. It only reduces doctors' tiredness. Gynecomastia's liposuction takes only 10 to 15 min and each side takes only 8 to 10 min. If any doctor uses micro air for the liposuction I don't think it is a good sign. Because if the doctor needs a machine for such a short process, then I don't think that he should do the surgery and the patient gets no benefit. There is no need for micro air for any procedure and this will increase the unnecessary cost or expense.
