Dr. Jessi Gold discusses her book “How Do You Feel?: One Doctor’s Search for Humanity in Medicine” where she shines much-needed light on the unspoken mental and physical costs of caring for others. Expertly weaving illuminating research with deeply personal stories and raw emotion Jessi demonstrates the unbridled capacity that we all have for adaptation, growth, and connection through even the darkest of times.
