Desperate for help, she tried to remain calm at first, but the situation quickly escalated. The temperature inside the oven started rising rapidly, turning her confusion into terror. She began to scream and cry out for help. Customers and employees in the store heard her cries, but according to them, they were unable to locate her in time. The frantic search continued, but soon, the once-hopeful cries went silent. When the employees finally found her, it was too late. Only a severely burnt 19 year old body was what they managed to save. Ya,the door might have gotten locked accidentally, but what about the temperature? The Halifax Regional Police have launched a full investigation. So far, they’ve made it clear they aren’t ready to determine whether this was a tragic accident or something more sinister.
