Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has announced his election pledge to make all teenagers either spend a year in the military or doing unpaid work in the community. And now Foreign Office Minister, Anne-Marie Trevelyan, hasn't ruled out a fine for adults if their teenagers refuse to take part. She said the young people volunteering for the military would not be sent to fight. And that they would be taught practical and soft skills.
