This completed project for a CA Mikhil Sarawagi office is one of the benchmark projects for us as this being an owned commercial space, client never arrested us with their budget constraints instead always asked us to be creative rather than being conservative. When CA Manisha, wife of CA Mikhil, called us and gave us a brief of their requirements for the interiors for their new office space, her main concern was using up as much as previous furniture as possible; as their previous office interiors was not even done 2 years earlier. Also, Builder had given them a single washroom of 8'x4' and they wanted two separate washrooms. They required around 28-30 seating's for workstations, 3 cabins, 1conference table and premium interiors to suit their work culture. We had an excellent start to the project, CA Mikhil being a smart guy had pre hand discussions with the builder before booking the property regarding timelines. Their previous office owners had asked them to vacate the property as soon as possible because the owner had sold the property. We had only 2 months to execute the project and we started the project before even the builder provided us with soft possession, even the electricity meters were not installed. To top it all, we even completed the project even before electricity meters were installed. He saw us putting so much effort into this project which he always appreciated. He was active throughout, encouraging us and taking part in whatever things were possible from his side. In the end, we have two good great friends in Mikhil and Manisha for the rest of our lives.
