Chef Paisley’s Easy Peasy Mac & Cheesy Recipe: 2 tablespoons oil 1/2 onion, chopped 2 tablespoons flour 1 3/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1 1/2 cups cheese 1/2 lb. cooked pasta Add the oil and onions to the instant pot (or a pot on the stove). Stir and cook until the onions are translucent (about 5 minutes). Add the flour and stir. Add the milk and stir. Add the salt, granulated garlic, pepper and dry mustard and stir until the mixture thickens and starts to boil. Turn off the heat, then add the cheese and pasta and mix until combined. Enjoy!
