After making cold calls at the age of 10 for her mother’s thriving Taiwanese real estate business, Cheryl started investing in the real estate market in her early twenties. In 2016, after spending 20 years as a fashion director, she decided to apply her experience as an entrepreneur and deep knowledge of New York City to become a professional real estate agent for buyers and sellers. Cheryl’s can-do attitude, skilled negotiating strategies, and track record of selling properties quickly make her a highly sought-after agent.
