He had a saddle nose deformity with real severe breathing issues. Shown are his early post-op results, which is two month after surgery. He is treated with an irradiated rib cartilage because of his saddle nose deformity. You can notice in his frontal view, a wide base, an inverted-v deformity, irregular nostrils, and pinched tip. In his profile view, you can notice a significant saddle nose, and rounded tip. We dealt with all his issues and helped establish a nice strong straight bridge using the irradiated rib cartilage during revision rhinoplasty. We helped reestablish the aesthetics but also the breathing functions.
