Hi guys! In this video I give you some fine ingredients for a perfect Summer Sunday. July is usually a hot month in Poland. It's often sunny and the sky is blue. However, you can also have some stormy days after heat spells. Last Sunday, I managed to capture a beautiful sunny Sunday and I would love to share that with you. I also share some simple tips to get the best of your summer Sundays. First of all, wear loose clothes when it's hot so you feel comfortable. Secondly, start your day with some physical exercise: a walk, aerobics, jogging, etc. This will give you good and positive energy to begin the day. Thirdly, drink plenty of water and stay hydrated because the heat can deplete your body water in no time at all. Besides, make sure to eat refreshing food at lunch. During this summer season, we are lucky to have so many types of vegetables and fruit. Take advantage of that! You can buy these at cheaper prices along big roads and rarely in supermarkets. In the afternoon, you can go and explore your surroundings. There are many good things to see and your sunny summer Sunday should be, INDEED, perfect. Don't be afraid of surprises! You might find some good ones! You can aalso use this summer time to engage in your passions: read, write, play basketball, do rollerskating, knit, paint, sew, etc. You are on holiday and you can have fun and develop your passions/ skills at the same time. Lastly, don't forget your pets if you do have some. Train them; play with them and you will have a happy cat or dog or whatever pet you have! Have a happy Summer Sunday, wherever you are!
