Throwing it back to 2022 during our trip to Ballina, Ireland. ‪@RandySantel‬ and I visited The Lantern Chinese Restaurant & Takeaway to tackle their infamous Dry, Hot & Spicy Challenge. Brave diners must sign a waiver before they get to try to finish a bowl each of hot chips, chicken, and wings in under 30 minutes in order to win their 29 Euro meal for free and a spot up on the wall of fame. At the time, I honestly didn't think this would make for an entertaining video. I recently discovered it while going through old files, rewatched it, and instantly changed my mind.
