In this video, I share the steps I take to regulate my own timepieces. Unlike other watch regulation videos, this video takes daily routines into consideration to get personalized timekeeping in the most precise manner possible. Because of this and contrary to what intuition would suggest, I didn't aim for zero in the regulation of my watch. The steps I show in the video applies to watches with indexed regulators, and the watch used in the video is the Cartier Tank Francaise 4469 WSTA0067, which I recently unboxed.
