Cartoon Network is known for having crossovers, at least in their earlier years. Through CN City and some programming blocks, the Cartoon Network characters interacted with each other in the same universe. Now that Samurai Jack and Dexter's Lab creator Genndy Tartakovsky is making more projects, CN artists wanted to celebrate that with a special welcome card.
