🛒 Ingredients 🔹 For Dough: 2 cups All-purpose flour (Maida), sifted 1 tsp Salt 2½ tbsp Oil ½ cup Lukewarm water (as required) Oil for frying 🔹 For Chaat Filling: 1 cup Boiled chickpeas 2 medium Boiled potatoes (cubed) (Optional: add a pinch of yellow food color while boiling potatoes) 1 medium Onion (chopped) 1 medium Tomato (deseeded & cubed) 1–2 Green chilies (chopped) Salt to taste Chaat masala to taste. 👩🍳 Directions Step 1 – Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, add flour, salt and oil. Mix well. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes. Roll small portions, prick with a fork, and place over an inverted small bowl (1 x 3.5 inch). Trim edges and deep fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Carefully remove the bowl using tongs. Step 4 – Prepare Chaat Filling: In a bowl, combine chickpeas, potatoes, onion, tomato and green chilies. Add salt and chaat masala. Mix well. 🥗 Assembling: Fill crispy katori with chaat mixture. Add green chutney, sweet chutney, whisked yogurt. Top with more sweet chutney and sprinkle chaat masala.
