Here's an update video on our efforts to grow food indoors. We have some microgreens, lettuce, and herbs all growing well under the Spider Farmers SF 2000 grow light. I don’t claim to be an expert on growing indoors but this should be a fun project to see how things do under this full spectrum grow light.
