Las Grutas Tolantongo in Mexico were absolutely stunning. We never even thought about something this magical existing in Mexico. That is why we travel. To open up our small world to the amazing things other countries have to offer. In the USA we are trained to think Mexico is dangerous unless you travel to a resort. After traveling around mainland Mexico for four months we have a much different opinion. Although Las Grutas Tolantongo are beautiful it made us think about the impact this tourist destination had on the land.
