He was undergoing aggressive treatment and he fought with determination like the soldier he was, he did not want to die. Sadly his body grew weak and this battle he just could not win. I think on some level he knew it before he was informed that it could not be cured. He talked on a different level but one I could relate to. We sat and talked deep into the night. His soul touched mine, while our other friends sat and listened to out cosmic conversations, we disappeared into our words. He soon succumb to the cancer...his last words uttered to his father "Dad, I don't want to die!". Then he was taken from this world and the world fell silent. I cried not only with my eyes but also with my soul and to this very day I miss him..., I like to think he came back to this earth as his sister not long after gave birth to a son.
