Easy Pan Red Snapper Ingredients 2 Red Snapper Filets Paul Prudhomme’s Seafood Magic Seasoning Salt Olive Oil 1/2 stick of Butter 1 clove of Garlic Recipe Pat dry fish and season serving side with salt and seafood magic Heat cast iron or non-stick skillet with olive oil to medium-medium high heat Once pan begins to smoke place fish in pan serving side down, season top side Cook about three minutes per side, remove fish from pan Remove pan from heat to cool slightly Add pan back to low heat Add butter and as it melts scrape bottom of the pan, add garlic Cook 30 seconds to one minute Pour sauce over fish and serve
