Streussels Melt 3 tablespoons butter and let cool. Into a bowl combine ¼ cup all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Add the melted butter and use a fork to combine ingredients together until clumpy. Lunch: smash burger tacos Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 6 mini flour tortillas (street tacos) Seasoned salt Butter for greasing the skillet Shredded cheese Directions: Divide ground beef evenly and press down gently on the tortillas. Season with seasoned salt or seasoning of your choice. Melt a bit of butter on a griddle or skillet over medium high heat. Place the tortillas, ground beef side down and let sear for 3-4 minutes. Lower the heat if it gets too hot. Flip the add some shredded cheese to your liking and cover until the cheese has melted (preferably on low heat). Once the cheese has melted (about 2-3 minutes) carefully fold in half. Serve with toppings of choice. Toss and set aside. Sauce: 1 tablespoon ghee or oil 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, optional 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, optional 1 onion, sliced thinly 1 tablespoon garlic paste 1 tablespoon ginger paste 14 oz can crushed tomatoes ½ cup heavy cream 4 tablespoons butter Seasoning: 1 teaspoon ground turmeric 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1 teaspoon ground coriander 1 teaspoom salt 1 teaspoon black pepper Directions: Into a skillet heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or oil and sear the chicken for about 4 minutes on each side. Transfer to a skillet and add a bit more butter, toast the fennel seeds and cumin seeds (if using). After about 4 minutes add the sliced onion and cook until softened 5-7 minutes. Add the garlic paste, ginger paste and seasoning cokk for a few minutes then add the crushed tomatoes. Let simmer for a few minutes then transfer to a food processor. Blend until smooth then return to the skillet along with the chicken. Cook for about 5 minutes then add the heavy cream and butter. Let simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes. Serve with rice and/or naan. Dessert: chocolate chip ice cream sandwich Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on a cookie then top with another cook. Place in the freezer for a few hours to firm before serving #whatmykidseatinaday
