Kate Bishop Hawkeye, Patriot, Wiccan, Speed, and Stature had all been introduced to the Marvel Cinematic Universe very soon after Endgame in shows like Wandavision and Falcon and the Winter Soldier and movies like Ant-Man and Wasp: Quantumania and Dr. Strange: Multiverse of Madness but a Young Avengers movie still hasn't come yet. Movies like Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and The Marvels continued introducing more young heroes like Ironheart and Ms. Marvel, but this team of young heroes still hasn't come together. Now it sounds like the Young Avengers are going to become The Champions and be relegated to streaming on Disney Plus. How such did such a promising new team turn out like this and would taking more notes from the comics have helped them be a success who could have played a big role in Secret Wars?
