I made some tweaks to my passive skill tree and I’m very impressed with the outcome. The playstyle is very simple. You’ll boost your Ice Strike by consuming power charges from combat frenzy to infuse your quarterstaff with lightning. Thanks to the gear modifiers and passives, I’m able to achieve nearly 50% critical hit chance and almost 500% crit hit damage with Ice Strike which has increased TTK drastically compared to my previous build. In most cases, you won’t even need tempest bell to kill rare enemies. It will obviously kill bosses faster but for mapping your DPS will be so high to the point where you can hold ice strike and just delete everything. What’s important though is you really need to make sure you have enough cold damage on your build. If you have a hard time freezing enemies you may need to purchase better gear with more cold damage modifiers. The goal is to shock and freeze enemies so herald of thunder and herald of ice are active at all times without the Polcirkeln Unique Ring.
