Sequential Seasonings, Requa Hill, Klamath, California 2011

This videos shows different seasons out the window from the cottage where I lived. Below the cottage is the Klamath River estuary and river mouth. The Klamath the second longest California river. Besides seeing the seasons change, I was also into sequential photo taking. Instead of shooting video, I took single still photos in sequential order to make it look like video. Near the end you will see two Yurok fishermen tossing a 40ft drift net into the moving water near the river mouth that drains into the Pacific ocean. The Yuroks catch salmon, steelhead and sturgeon in their drift nets.
