How To Make Foam Clay Cosplay Horns - Lightweight Prosthetics

How To Make Foam Clay Cosplay Horns that are perfect for Lightweight Prosthetics. Foam Clay is a great material for cosplay and crafts since it is both non toxic and extremely easy to work with. In this video I show how to sculpt the foam clay, sand / add details with a Dremel rotary tool, and then paint the finished parts using heavy body acrylics. Foam Clay is an air dry material so it requires approx 24-48 hours for the moisture to wick out and at that time the clay can be sanded by hand or rotary tool.
