Rajbhog Malai Kulfi Recipe | Easy Homemade Kulfi with Condensed Milk Cool down with this rich and creamy Rajbhog Malai Kulfi made using full fat milk and condensed milk. Infused with saffron and cardamom flavors, this traditional dessert is perfect for summer and easy to make at home. --- Ingredients: 500 ml full fat milk 200 ml condensed milk Saffron threads Cornflour slurry (1/4th cup milk + 1 tbsp cornflour) Dry fruit powder (cashew + almond + cardamom + pistachio) For serving: Almond chips (to coat kulfi) --- Method: 1. Boil full fat milk in a heavy-bottomed pan until it reduces slightly. 2. Add condensed milk and saffron threads. Mix well and let it simmer. 3. Slowly add the cornflour slurry while stirring to avoid lumps. 4. Cook until the mixture thickens to a creamy texture. 5. Let it cool completely and mix in the dry fruit powder. 6. Pour into kulfi molds and freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight. 7.
