This Curry shrimp is full of flavours, it can be served with white rice or eaten by itself. This recipe is perfect to prepare during the week or on the weekend. Large and juicy shrimp are simmered in a hearty curry coconut milk sauce, infused with garlic, thyme, bell peppers and curry spice. I hope you guys will enjoy this easy & delicious recipe and you'll give it a try:)!! #Jamaicanrecipe #cooking #curryshrimp #prawn These are all the ingredients you'll need for this easy & delicious meal : 500g- Jumbo Deveined Shrimp 1-2Tbsp- Betapac Curry 1/4 Tbsp- All-purpose Season 1/4 tsp-Maggi Fish Season 1/4 tsp-Garlic Powder Season 1/4 tsp-Black Pepper 1 stalk Scallion 2 small coloured sweet peppers fresh thyme 1 small piece of ginger 2 cloves fresh garlic 1 whole - Scotch Bonnet Pepper 1/2- Cut Scotch Bonnet Pepper (or add to your preference) 1 can coconut milk 1 medium potato (chopped into cubes) 6-8 Pimento berries 2 sweet corns add 1/4 cup of water to the coconut mil(optional) Add salt to taste Thanks for watching:) Please don't forget to like, share and subscribe to my channel.
