Love you all ❤️ ______________________________________ HAINAN CHICKEN RICE By VianneyLim Broth ingredients: 1.5 kg chicken (can use whole chicken or cut chicken, me: use all chicken thighs) 3 liters of water 60 gr ginger, thinly sliced/crushed 2 stalks of spring onions, cut and take the white part 1 tbsp salt 1 tsp mushroom stock 1 tsp granulated sugar 1/4 tsp turmeric powder Rice ingredients: 750 gr rice, wash and drain 850 ml chicken stock 1 tbsp oyster sauce 2 tbsp sesame oil 2 pandan leaves 1 tsp salt 1 tsp mushroom stock 15 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 thumb of ginger, finely chopped A sufficient amount of vegetable oil Sauce ingredients: 300 ml chicken stock 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp granulated sugar 1 tbsp oil onion + ginger 1 tsp cornstarch, dissolve with 1 tbsp water Sambal ingredients: 2 large red chilies 5 curly red chilies 5 cloves of garlic 2 pieces of ginger 1 tsp salt 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar 150 ml water 2 tbsp vinegar How to make it can be seen in the video 🥰 #hainanchickenrice #hainanrice #chinesefood
