HUMMUS RECIPE INGREDIENTS: Chickpeas Tahini (a paste made from ground hulled Sesame Seeds, Olive Oil, Salt, Vinegar, Water) Chopped Garlic Fresh Lemon Juice Pink Himalayan Salt Water Cumin Powder Extra Virgin Olive Oil All the above is blended to a creamy consistancy. The above Hummus is used in the falafel sandwich wraps at K's Cafe. A Mediteranean Flatbread is heated up and then filled with the following: Spread wth Houmous Tzatziki (made with Greek Yogurt, Cucumber, Dill, Milk, Salt, Lemon Juice) Falafel Balls Lettuce Red Onion Tomatoes Garlic Sauce Chilli Sauce Pickled Gherkins The actual Lentil Falafel served at K's Cafe is a "secret recipe" The final wrap is served with Peri, Peri Chips.
