Here in Morocco, the streets are full of cats, and many of them struggle every day to find proper food. Most are small, fragile, and vulnerable, wandering through cold and wet streets in search of scraps. As someone who loves these beautiful creatures, I make it my mission to go out every day and feed them, doing my best to bring a little comfort and warmth into their lives. Sometimes it’s heartbreaking when I don’t have enough to give, and I feel the weight of their hunger. But yesterday, thanks to the generous donations from some kind friends, I was able to return to my daily routine and feed a good number of these hungry cats. The amount of food wasn’t as much as before, but even a small meal makes a difference, and it’s always better than nothing. Seeing their little faces light up as they eat, knowing they are safe and cared for, reminds me why every effort matters.
