Without anyone to depend on, a down-and-out Wu Min returns to New Park, but sinks into deprivation and depression when he cannot find any familiar faces. After A Qing learns of this, he takes Wu Min back to Old Master Fu’s place to look after him. On a rainy night, Long Zi comes to Peace Village, where he finally finds A Qing. Long Zi asks why A Qing left without saying goodbye. A Qing replies that he can never be a replacement for A Fong. A Qing returns to his old high school, where everything still looks the same and he is reminded of his time there with Zhao Ying. On the basketball court, A Qing meets a baby-faced teen. As they spend the afternoon together, he is once again reminded of Di Wa and his broken family. At Peace Village, Wu Min runs into a depressed Mr. Zhang, who pleads with him to move back in.
