Last week was about taking stock. This week felt smaller in scale, but clearer in focus. I’m repotting chili and aubergine, sowing early cabbage, and starting a new round of onions and leeks — just a few seeds of each. Not trays and trays. Just enough. In this video I share why I prefer sowing in small batches, especially in a small growing space. It gives me more control, more variation, and a calmer rhythm throughout the season. The light is still low. The temperatures are steady and cold. A block of ice in the greenhouse hasn’t changed in two months, a quiet reminder that nothing moves quickly right now. But slow growth still counts. 📍 Growing in Scandinavia | Nordic climate 🌱 Small-scale vegetable gardening 🏡 Greenhouse + raised beds If you enjoy slow seasonal garden vlogs about growing food in a cold climate, you’re very welcome here.
