We're making a large, deep gutter to collect water from two roofs into one tank. But the most exciting part is our water drainage system! We want to make it so that when the tank fills up, the water is automatically diverted to the other side without overflowing over the edge and our filter. To do this, I designed a swivel mechanism - a rotating pipe that can be directed anywhere, even for a summer shower! Showed the process of preparing the gutter and an interesting flyhack with turning the bolts for a secure attachment. You will see how we install this mechanism and how it will work. Also in this issue: Cleaning our cool homemade water filter, made from a basin and synthesizer. It does a great job and keeps mosquitoes from breeding! We install solar lights under the canopy to make it easy to walk around in the evening and host guests. We even let motorcyclists wait out the rain under our roof! And of course, it's not all work!
