"Mangetsu (満月)", 2001. B4-001 formed in 2000. In January of 2001, the group released its first full length album "Mangetsu (満月)", which unfortunately was a flop in the underground music scene. B4-001 went on to tour a bit throughout the remainder of 2001, although by the end of the year, the group would change its name to Fusion Force. By 2002, one of the vocalists of the group, Maco, left, and was then replaced by Kie. Shortly after Kie joined, Fusion Force would change their name once more to Fuzzion, shedding their unique futuristic new millennium electronic-tinged pop sound for a more accessible and mainstream-friendly R&B sound. In May of 2003, the group made their debut with the release of their first-ever single "Distance", which would be used as a closing theme for the anime Platonic Chain (プラトニックチェーン). Despite the anime being aired on TV Tokyo, the single itself would only be released at one sole music store in Japan, Tsutaya, in Shibuya, and only limited to 1,000 copies. Because of its extremely low profile, the single is beyond scarce to find today, with no known copy having being sold online since. Fuzzion would tour a bit throughout 2003, but eventually ended up disbanding by the end of the year. One of the vocalists, York, would refocus her attention on being actress under her full name of Yoshiko Yaguu (柳生佳子), which she began doing a few years before B4-001/Fuzzion even formed. She would remain as an actress until eventually retiring from the entertainment world by 2017. Another vocalist, Mira, would also continue on as an actress under her full name of Tamaki Mihara (三原珠紀), and similarly to Yoshiko, started her acting career some years before the formation of the group, with her most notable role overseas being in the 2000 legendary film Battle Royale. In 2011, Tamaki would join the theater group Indigo Plants, and she would be a part of the group until eventually retiring from the entertainment industry as well by 2017.
