I have tried to give brief notes on class I heirs, class II and agnates and cognates and also explained about , whether only natural son is eligible or any other to inherit the property of an intestate? and also whether unchaste mother,widow and daughter are eligible to inherit the property? A very important point that whether a step-mother is eligible to inherit the property of her step-son?? whether the children of void and voidable marriage are eligible to inherit the property?,and also about the position of illegimate children if an intestate.,also discussed about the agnates and cognates with examples. I have referred family law book written by paras diwan and hindu succession act book by mulla to make this video.
