SCARED SILLY! The Zyrus LP1020 Stimolante RIPS UP THE TRACK

I'm thrown into the deep end, flat out in the Zyrus LP1020 Stimolante! This is no ordinary supercar, a twin turbocharged Lamborghini Huracan EVO RWD with 1,090hp, and today is my first drive, plus a full tour with Radni at the Zyrus HQ. Foot to the floor is absolutely terrifying, but LET'S GO! I've ventured over to Oslo, Norway on my GT Black Series Snow Tour, and today we're at the incredible Rudskogen Motorsenter, a Tilke designed venue nestled in the South of the country, and now with thawing snow as the season gets ready to get started. I haven't been to the country for nearly a decade, and only a handful of hours in to this visit and things are getting very, very serious. The weapon of choice is the absolutely ballistic LP1020 Stimolante from Zyrus, a follow-up to the LP1200 and LP1200 Strada, the former of which I drove previously at the Dubai Autodrome - effectively taking a Super Trofeo racecar and giving it immense power with twin turbos, and even more downforce than it had before. This time around is a more road friendly variant, based on the Huracan EVO RWD and limited to just 24 units in total including a 3 year, 20,000km warranty that doesn't restrict you to the road. The bodywork is all for performance, upping the numbers in every possible way to maximise grip from a company established at making some of the fastest "no rules" race cars out there. Power comes from almost doubling the stock output with a twin turbo setup that can be varied through the factory driving modes and controls. Once I'm back from my laps at the wheel, it's time for some fun hotlaps with Fredrik Sørlie, Zyrus test driver, before founder and CEO, Radni Molhampour takes us through all the details of the car and then ultimately a visit to Zyrus HQ to see how they are pulling this crazy machine together.
