Recipe: 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 1 cup melted butter 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp milk (any milk of your choice) 3 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 tsp salt 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cornstarch 1/4 tsp cinnamon (add 1/2 tsp if you love more cinnamon flavour) 1-2 cups chocolate chips Graham crackers (use half a sheet per cookie) Jumbo marshmallows (1 per cookie) 1 bar of any milk chocolate of your choice Recipe (in grams): 330g dark brown sugar 100g white sugar 226g melted butter 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp milk (any milk of your choice) 360g all-purpose flour 3/4 tsp salt 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cornstarch 1/4 tsp cinnamon (add 1/2 tsp if you love more cinnamon flavour) 200-400g chocolate chips Graham crackers (use half a sheet per cookie) Jumbo marshmallows (1 per cookie) 1 bar of any milk chocolate of your choice Bake at 350F (177C) for approximately 13 minutes I didn't chill the cookie dough, but if yours looks extra runny, then chill for about 30 minutes to 1 hour before baking!
