Street Style Ragda Puri | Ragda Chaat Kaise Banaye |Easy Ragda Chaat #RadgaChaatRecipe #ajaychopraPortions serving: 5-6 pax Preparation time: 10 mins Cooking time: 40 mins Calories: 342 kcal per portion Ragda chaat: White matar soaked 2 cups Potato peeled 1 pc Salt ½ tbsp Turmeric powder 1 tbsp Water as required Oil 2 tbsp Water as required Jeera ½ tbsp Onion chopped ½ cup Green chilli chopped ½ tbsp Ginger chopped ½ tbsp Tomato chopped ½ cup Coriander powder ½ tbsp Red chilli powder ½ tbsp Garam masala powder 1 tsp Jeera powder 1 tsp Papdi 8-10 pcs Nylon Sev ¼ cup Tamarind chutney ¼ cup Coriander chopped 1 tbsp Methi chutney ¼ cup Spicy red chutney: Garlic cloves 6-7 pcs Soaked red chillies 4 pcs Salt 1 tsp Oil 1 tbsp Water as required Lemon ½ pc Green chutney: Coriander a handful Green chilli 3 pcs Garlic 5 cloves Mint leaves a handful Tomato 1 pc Salt 1 tsp Roasted jeera powder ½ tbsp Water as required Lemon ½ pc Method Spicy red chutney In a mixer jar, add garlic cloves, soaked dry red chilli, salt, oil, water and grind it to fine paste. Spicy red chutney is ready. Green chutney In a mixer, add coriander, green chilli, garlic, mint leaves, salt, roasted jeera, water, tomato and grind it to fine paste. Then add lemon juice, mix it and set aside. Ragda Chaat Take a pressure cooker, add soaked white matar, water, salt, turmeric powder, diced potato and cook it for 4-5 whistles. Or cook them until they get mashy. Then, heat a pan, add oil, jeera and let it crackle. Then add chopped onion and saute. Later add chopped green chilli, chopped ginger and saute. Then add tomatoes and cook them well. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, jeera powder and saute them. Now add the cooked vatana, water and mix it. Mash it with the help of masher and make a semi-thick ragda. Ragda is ready to plate. Now, let's assemble ragda chaat: In a plate add crushed papdi, then add ragda, chopped coriander, all the chutney and mix it. Again add ragda on top, drizzle all the chutney, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped coriander, sprinkle some nylon sev and add papdi to it. Tasty Ragda Chaat is ready to serve.
