Pro Tec Powder Paint https://barlowstackle.com/epoxy-powde... Lee 20lb. Melting Lead Pot https://barlowstackle.com/lee-20lb-le... I am excited to present to my viewers a totally different type of bait making. I am introducing lead jig heads and jig painting to my arsenal. I warm up the Lee 20 lb. melting lead pot and do my best at showing the viewer how to make your own jig heads at home to save some money. This was my first time doing this as you can tell with all of the small mistakes made during the making of this video. This video would be a perfect watch for the beginner or a person just looking to get into this side of bait making. If you happen to be an expert, I hope you got some good laughs from all of my bloopers today. I got the hang of making my own jigs towards the end and I was happy with the results. Making your own jigs at home is very rewarding and in the long run can save you money, especially if you are fishing with the Tungsten jig heads that go for 4 dollars a piece. I also showed the viewers how to paint your jig heads after pouring. In today's video I was using the Pro-Tec Powder paint in White, Chartreuse, Blue and Pink. I was really happy with how those turned out as well, there is a learning curve here as well and I would highly suggest getting a fluid bed to help make this process go a bit more smoothly. All in all, I am very happy with my first day of making and painting my own jig heads at home. Thanks for watching me struggle on my first day of making these jig heads, I know I learned quite a bit today about this process and I hope you did as well watching me make countless mistakes in today's video. I left a list above of all the products I used in today's video, I hope that helps you if you decide to go down this rabbit hole. 00:00 Intro 02:48 Freestyle and Ned Jig Head Molds 04:25 Warming up the Ned Jig Head Mold 06:58 Hooks used for Ned Jig Head Mold 07:24 Shooting Ned Jig Head Mold plus Blooper Reel 13:49 Shooting the Freestyle Jig Head Mold 1/4oz. and 3/8oz. 18:27 Powder Paint plus Bloopers 32:43 Outro #makeyourownjigs, #howtopourjigheads, #pouringjigheads, #protecpowderpaint Follow me on Instagram for more fishing and bait making content. / bardownbaits
