(I adjust the amount to sweeten, so you can adjust the amount to your liking.) 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 teaspoon vinegar 500cc water daikon (pickled radish) Takana (or boiled greens) Recipe 1. Make boiled eggs. 2. Finely chop garlic, ginger, onion, green onion and dried shrimp. Cut pork belly into 1cm cubes. 3. Add sesame oil and fry leeks, onions and dried shrimps to brown. 4. Add garlic and ginger and let them become fragrant. Add the meat and cook until the color changes, season with salt and pepper. Add five-spice powder, soy sauce, sugar and sake. Add water and heat over high heat. Add boiled eggs and green onions, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 60 to 90 minutes. When water is absorbed, add more water each time.
