Vehicle Flees After Two Cars Hit & Kill Pedestrian | PHOENIX, AZ

Location: E Bell Road & 23rd St - Phoenix Incident Date/Time: October 18, 2022 - 10:35 PM One vehicle fled the scene after running over a female victim lying in the street after she was initially struck by a white Hyundai Accent. The female was reportedly struck by the Hyundai when she attempted to cross Bell road just after 10:30 Tuesday evening. The victim was then run over by a secondary vehicle that fled the scene. Police and fire crews arrived and the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses described the secondary vehicle as a black sedan. Police are actively looking for this vehicle and urge anyone with information to contact Phoenix Police.
