Further controlled, longitudinal studies are needed to investigate this further". To get any hope of seeing a first class mark, you have to provide critical analysis of the evidence you use to back up your points. But critical analysis isn't just passing a mean comment and moving on. Instead it involves constructively commenting on the level of evidence, study design, confounding and bias.
