Much like the Storm which uses the HD print heads and water based inks, the Avalanche HD6 is the next step up in productivity without sacrificing image quality. The high resolution 35 picoliter printhead modules of the Storm HD6 uses the dual bridge technology. White is separated into a separate group of print heads allowing you to print 2 garments simultaneously. The white bridge will be laying down the base layer while the color bridge is printing the final color image on the other pallet. This system will also automatically pre-treat the garment at print time minimizing operator time significantly.
