My local Chinese friend and I chose Pulled Lamb and Beef Brisket each as an individual set menu. it cost us just over rm 30 after tax added. It's 100 grams each, so it's only about 3.5 ounces, so it's a small amount for those who like BBQ like me, I usually consume around 6 ounces up to 10 ounces easily. For the pulled lamb meat, I hate eating fat, so I asked for it without any greasy fat, but it came some mixture of tendon and fat on the lamb. I had it with some sauce, otherwise it would taste quite greasy, however, the texture was soft and the flavor was good. The beef brisket was also soft and tasty. However, the amount was so little as I said, so I deliberately ate very very very slowly, and even I finished eating the mashed potato that came with it, after that I was feeling nice full. Typically I don't eat mashed potato outside because the fact that it mostly is blended in cheap margarine, not in butter! One downside is that as we realized later all meals finished, we've only got a tray of coleslaw, mashed potatoes, little pickles, and chips along with the chosen meats, but no Brotato buns! It has to be a set menu that includes the buns as described. Since we already finished eating it all our food, there was no point asking the buns when realized, but I couldn't stop thinking how their professionalism is like that? since they are serving hundreds of bbq trays to customers every day. Honestly, when I have craving for Texas BBQ, I would consider visiting here for it, but it's a pity that 100 grams is too little in portion as an individual set.
