My family and I just had our dinner. We had a savoury Japanese dish called Gyudon. Do give it a try as this recipe is rather easy and quick to prepare. God bless Much love, Cybele Music: www.epidemicsound.com Instagram: ilovecybelle Gyudon recipe: 200g Beef Loin (Thinly Sliced) 140ml water 100ml of mirin 60ml of soy sauce 2tbsp of brown sugar a small bit of dashi fish stock (optional) ½ Onion 1/2 tsp of ginger -1 egg (per Gyudon) - for onsen tamago 480g of rice (for 3 portions), 650ml of water. How to make: 1. Add 140ml water, 100ml of mirin, 60ml of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of brown sugar and a sprinkle of dashi fish stock into the pan you will use to cook the beef 2. Cut ginger into small pieces and add to the liquid 3. Cut half an onion into thin slices and add to the liquid as well 4. Put the lid on and turn to a high heat 5. Once it starts to boil, add your thinly sliced beef and cook for a few minutes until cooked through 6. Let the Beef Stew in the sauce for around 5 minutes 7. Serve on top of your rice! Maritozzi buns recipe : 12 BUNS Ingredients: For the buns: 4 cups (500g) Flour 2 tablespoons (25g) Sugar 1 tablespoon Instant-dry yeast 1 teaspoon Salt 1 cup (240ml) Milk 2 tablespoons (40g) Honey 1 Egg 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract 1/4 cup (60ml) Oil 1 teaspoon Orange zest/Lemon zest For brushing the buns: 1 Egg 1 tablespoon Milk For the cream: 1 1/2 (360ml) Heavy cream 1/4 cup (30g) Powdered sugar 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract #cybele #aestheticvlog #cooking #cozywinter #morningroutine #nordiclifestyle #slowliving #gyudon #maritozzi #silentvlog
