They’re super easy to make and taste like a bakery treat fresh from your own oven. ♡ 🤍Recipe (makes about 12 muffins)🤍 Muffin Batter: 1 1/2 cup (190g) all-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 egg 1 cup (120g) blueberries (fresh, frozen or both) 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar 1/4 cup (55g) brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla sugar or extract 1/2 cup (80g) chopped white chocolate 1/4 cup ( 60g) melted butter 1 1/2 tbsp canola oil or other neutral oil 1/2 cup whole milk Streusel Topping: 1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar 2 tbsp (30g) brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour 1/4 cup (60g) cold butter Bake at 375°F or 190°C for 22 to 25 minutes. 🫐 Thank you so much for watching!
