Usual attachments would include your ITR, Income Tax Return Receipt Confirmation email, Proof of Payment, Bir Form 2307 or Creditable Withholding tax, BIR form 2316 compensation withholding taxes, and others. RDOs are no longer accepting manual submission of the ITR and attachments. Stamping of received documents are not accommodated anymore as these attachments should be done online using BIR eAFS.
