I touch on Specific Gravity & Displacement and how Volume (or Depth of Water), Speed of Water and the Angle of Sluice box directly effect how well it works. Through this tutorial I also share a few tricks I use to achieve optimum performance. I mention how to really know if your box is at optimum by observing the first 2 riffles, and some common mistakes as well as some things to avoid.
