This is awesome. I'm receiving a copyright claim for this video not from Radiohead, which would be normal and understandable, but from "The Airplane Boys", some guys who took the samples and made a song, "Ice Age". So Radiohead doesn't seem to have any problem at all with me using their song to make an instrumental with no profit, but some guys who aren't even the authors of the sample do have. I've never hesitate confirming any other claim to my videos, and each and every time I just had to acknowledge the coincidence, with no further consequences (all my videos are still there). But in this one, I can't even challenge the claim because the option "This song isn't even theirs, you youtube morons!" doesn't exist, and they urge me to remove the sound. Isn't just great? Your comments are much appreciated. I made this just for fun, no commercial purposes whatsoever. The album version of Idioteque for karaoke. I basically sampled a lot , created some drums and noises and tried my best with the backing voices, where Yorke says mostly nonsense. The instrumental part before the end is cut to less than half because, you know, instrumental parts and karaoke aren't good friends. Note for Warner Chapell, EMI, Parlophone, Capitol, the band and/or anyone involved in the production, release and rights managements for this song. This karaoke cover is made with love and respect for the original song and the band, Radiohead. As I stated at the beginning, there's no commercial purposes at all. The way I see it, it's, in fact, free promotion. However, if you think that this video constitute a copyright infringement, please, let me know and I will remove it from site asap.
