In today's VLOG, I define StrongFit. Oh, and I take you to Montreal for the Sept. 2018 StrongFit seminar and coaches' week. This is where I took (and passed) my StrongFit exam after 22 months of studying, implementing, teaching and interning. I'm so proud and excited to be a certified StrongFit Coach.
