Surgical Enucleation of Dentigerous Cyst Associated with Supernumerary Tooth By Dr. Akash Akinwar, MDS SmileStone Dental Care & Implant Center, Vile Parle East, Mumbai 38 Years old male patient has taken diagnostic X ray (OPG) for the complain of pain in Maxillary Anterior region since 2 weeks....OPG revealed large cavitation (radiolucency surrounded by radiopaque border) associated with Maxillary Right Central incisor, Left Central incisor, Lateral Incisor & Canine...extending till the nasal floor & the maxillary sinus floor on left side. Buccaly there was no bulging or any sign of swelling, but palatally there was mild bulging. Most striking feature was Supernumerary tooth associated with the roots of Central incisors was seen.
