This tiller came in for a not starting condition. Customer states it was stored with ethanol free fuel. So the fuel should not be a problem, right? First I verified that the would run. After that, I removed the fuel bowl. What I found in there was surprising to say the least. So after I sorted out those issues, I turned to the recoil start problem. The recoil starter would not always retract the rope completely. Watch as I disassemble the recoil starter and make repairs to that.
