Here we're talking about a vascular lesion that you've had for what, forever, would you say. I had it at least 15 years. Okay and which are very, very common. Some people are born with these. A lot of babies have vascular lesions that sometimes persist or sometimes they go away on their own. Here I don't think we're dealing with the baby but he's got this lesion that hasn’t not gone away. This is actually his second laser treatment. He had a laser treatment a couple of years ago. Now we're going to give him his second and hopefully the final laser treatment. So basically, we are ready. What we do is we put the laser over the lesion and we can see bruising the top half. Ok and then we're going to do the bottom half. So that's a good sign, ok you want to get bruising. So there which is great, May want to do just a little bit of the end here and there perfect, perfect. That bruising will go away in some 10 days or so and basically what the laser is doing it targets those little blood vessels. So in essence what we're doing is destroying the blood vessels bringing back normal skin there. He also has some tiny little blood vessels up here that's form of what's called Rosacea and we treat that with the laser. It's just set at a different setting to do that and that works tremendously for that condition as well.
